RuleFill fills web forms with values you save yourself.
What is stored. Your profiles, rules, text clips, variables and settings, in your browser's extension storage on your device. If you turn on "Back up text fields", text you type into forms (never password fields) is also saved there so you can recover it after a crash.
What leaves your device. Nothing by default. RuleFill has no account and no analytics.
Licence check. If you buy Plus or Pro, the extension sends your licence key — and nothing else — to rulefill.epitchi.com, which asks our payment processor Creem whether it is active. Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record; we never see card details.
Google Sheets sync (optional, Plus). If you click "Connect Google account", RuleFill asks Google for access to files it creates in your Google Drive only (drive.file scope) and writes your profiles, rules, clips, variables and settings into one spreadsheet in your own Drive. That data goes directly from your browser to Google; it never reaches our server. Disconnect at any time from Options → Sync. RuleFill's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Page access. RuleFill runs on the pages you visit so it can fill forms whose site matches your rules. It reads form fields only to fill them, to generate rules when you ask, to record a macro while you record, or to back up typing when that setting is on.
Passwords and card numbers. Extension storage is not encrypted. Don't store passwords or card numbers in rules.
Removal. Uninstalling deletes all locally stored data. A synced spreadsheet stays in your Drive until you delete it. Contact: thienvanlea1@gmail.com.
